When I get a wheatgrass blast, I try and get organic - it is always fresh-squeezed. I get giddy from it. I have no doubt it is very healing.

Whoa, you get GIDDY?? I need to try some of YOUR wheatgrass!! Is the organic kind the one where the grass is fresh and still in the dirt growing and they just cut 'em off?

That's how I use to get it at Whole Foods market. You'd just go into the produce section and there was always someone in there who would cut the grass fresh out of the dirt, clean it and process it for you right there. And yes, you did get energized from it. Like that little "Energizer Bunny"!!! Don't know if they still do it that way anywhere as it's been awhile since I've been there. Moved and don't even know if there are Whole Foods nearby or any other store that does it that way.

Yes, I believe so; I used to get it at the health food store up in Sedona. Incredible.

I was fortunate to live at a vegetarian health resort thru most of the '80s. Whenever I wanted wheatgrass juice, I simply cut a handful of organically grown grass from the tray, and ran it thru the wheatgrass juicer. Man that stuff had some ZAP to it!

blessings....Franco
