A friend who was doing chemo therapy was drained of energy due to therapy. For a few years he chalked his cancer and therapy up as the reason he was drained every day. Well a recent blood test his vitamin/hormone D levels were at 7 vice 50 to 80. Started Vitamin D3 supplements and his energy level has significantly improved.
Mine was at 20.
Has anyone had Vitamin D3 supplements and seen energy levels improve.

SO MANY are deficient in this "hormone" and don't know it. Pathetic and unless one is in the SUN big time, they are deficient...The so called fortified foods don't do it. I was a low 16 in 2006 and in a mild depression, had major depression before I finally got my thyroid supported but the low D is a huge issue on fatigue and depression and more.

There are tons of data at our fingertips on this issue.

Your 20 is the LOW end of the range, best to get to 50 to 80+.

I saw many things improve when I brought my D levels up from below 7ng/ml. You wouldn't believe how many problems can be caused by this deficiency, and many others.
