What form of Vitamin K should I take to cut down on these really annoying nose bleeds?

I am having too many nose bleeds and I will be looking for a job soon and if this happens on an interview it would be a disaster. What do I take, K1, K2, or K3?

Have you determined that your nosebleeds are the result of a Vitamin K deficiency? Do you have untreated high blood pressure? That can cause nosebleeds. Taking warfarin or other blood-thinning medications can cause nosebleeds too.

I'd find out why you're getting the nosebleeds first. Then treat whatever that cause is. A Vitamin K deficiency bad enough to cause nosebleeds is very uncommon. There are other more common (and treatable) causes of nosebleeds.

If you have a normally functioning colon, you do not need Vit K. Our bowel flora provides us with all the Vit K we need in return for food and a safe place to live. That's a commensal relationship that evolved probably a billion yrs ago. No need to improve upon it (you can't).
