Supplements for headache

I was reccmmended to take butterbu by my last pcp. Some also come with feverfew. Magnesium never worked for me and I tried several different types, but he tested me for vitamins and I was not at all deficient in that so it makes sense that it would not matter.

400 mg of magnesium helps me. Used to take with riboflavin but found that unnecessary.
However the first step should be a visit to a neurologist because the pain may be symtomatic of something else.

They can test us till we're blue in the face and we can be deficient. Mag is a huge mineral of deficiency.

I know I went 10 yrs with thyroid testing and I was always good, but I was not. Those tests!!!!!

We are NOT numbers...but pharma wants us to believe that one.
