More good info on Purple foods expecially Grapes and Grape products like Red Wine, Grape Juice, Raisons, Grape Seed Extract etc..as a study in the November issue of Nutrition Research.

Grapes contain unique Polyphenols like Resveratrol, Anthocyanins and Phenolic Acids which lower cholesterol, increase blood flow thru the arteries and lower arterial inflammation as a few examples.

I just went and purchased Grapeseed extract yesterday. Just remember almost all the purples from Grapes to Red Cabbage to Plums to Blueberrie's etc...carry those unique Polyphenols associated with longevity.

I've been taking grapeseed extract for about a year...My blood pressure has dropped to the normal range, and I can't think of what else to attribute that to, so.....that's good, isn't it?

That sounds good to me Ira.

Just out another study as this one conducted by the University of Michigan Cardiovascular Center about the power of Grapes in preventing all aspects of Cardiovascular disease.
