Best Vitamin D supplement
I want to take Vitamin D b/c I have read that it helps to fight the flu. My primary care doc also recommended it. What is the best brand/type to take? Any liquid forms of it?

I like ProCaps vitamins but I have heard that taking any vitamin in liquid form is better because the body absorbs it faster.
