Update on my house adventures - house passed inspection and has been appraised. Just playing the waiting game while all the behind the scenes stuff goes on. Planning on closing first half of January and I will NEVER HAVE TO RENT AGAIN!

For those that like a good Burger, I suggest the Power Play Burger from the Ale 'n' Angus Pub: Syracuse Restaurant and Pub On Center War Memorial & Civic Center Ale n Angus

I dare say that it is the best Burger I've had for a while.
