It's looking like I might be able to hit the NYS Fair this year - planning on coming up Labor Day weekend

Nice! Are you going to catch a concert or just take it in for a little while? Perhaps get some of your favorite Fair food?

Not sure, this all happened very suddenly today. I was originally planning on going to Charlotte NC for the weekend, but need to head up to Liverpool instead to tend to house-related things.

I'll see if I can find it, but during the newscast segment, there was a guy talking about a beach on the lake. If that actually happens, I wonder how it will be received.

I think a beach is an excellent idea. Even if people don't want to go in the water, just laying out at a beach would be great. I would've definitely used it if one was there when I lived there, esp since I was walking distance to the parkway.
