By the way, if you like the original home in Seneca Knolls, go for it. If it is the home I saw, it looks like it was well kept by the previous owner.

Hello scmover,

I've done some For Sale Homes research for you. It seems to be difficult to put all your requirements together into one package.

This is what I did. I made your price range an absolute REQUIREMENT. The next aspects I selected are: #1) Neighborhoods that are most likely to REMAIN and MAINTAIN the QUALITY and VALUE of the Homes & Neighborhood well-kept appearance/condition (so you don't lose home value nor so you don't end-up living in a DECLINING neighborhood), #2) Tried to find you as many ranch, split-level, & some ranch-cape cod style homes as possible, #3) Selected nice, decent, safe suburban neighborhoods with which I think you will be satisfied and happy. At the Fixed Price Range ($85,000 to $100,000) you mentioned, I could NOT find 1200 sq. ft. homes without searching in less desireable areas; I refuse to suggest Homes/Neighborhoods that don't meet standards I have in mind. I can not recommend homes/neighborhoods that I feel are DECLINING or are likely to do so in the future.

Anyway, I have 17 homes for you to consider, located around in the various Suburban areas. Click on each home listing to see photos and to read full information on each home. The prices listed are ASKING PRICES. You can always OFFER LESS MONEY for any of these homes. In the asking price range of these homes, sometimes you can offer $2500 to $5000 LESS as your offer and possibly have your offer accepted and get a GREAT deal!

The above are all good middle-class homes in nice decent neighborhoods. To best judge these homes and neighborhoods, you should make appointments to visit these places and see/view them first-hand in person. Good luck to you in buying a HOME that will maintain its VALUE in a good neighborhood that is NOT now in DECLINE and WILL NOT-LIKELY DECLINE in the foreseeable future.
