Anyone know what will become of the property off Northern Blvd...south of Island Road? Last I heard they were going to rezone it high-tech.

Are there any plans to spruce up the corner of Route 11 and Route 31? It could really use a little beautification.

Anyone else think a developer should build a hotel/resort on the shores of Oneida Lake in Cicero? It could be a nice get-away for locals and maybe even a mini tourist attraction for Onondaga County.

I have relatives who live on Oneida Lake. Grew up going to parties there every summer. Just beautiful! All the out-of-towners were impressed when visiting. I've always believed that Oneida Lake is truly a hidden gem in Upstate NY. No one outside the Syracuse area even knows it exists.

One thing I dislike about Cicero is the presence of high-tension power lines that run through the town. Sure doesn't help property values...

That whole area near the former P&C Plaza on the corner of Circle Road and South Bay Road could use some investment. A couple large hotels would be perfect there IMO.
