I almost bought this house on Bayview--it failed inspection last Saturday--tons of woodrot, and the deck off the master bedroom is in bad shape. If we could have gotten it for under 150k it would have been worth fixing but they wouldnt budge. We ended up buying in the development behind Mike Bragmans house.

We've had one on the thruway going towards Rotchester for a few years now..this one is on Route 11 in North Syracuse

Yep, they've been working their way here from Buffalo. There's now a half dozen or so of them in and around Syracuse either under construction or open.

Any winter pictures? Does Oneida Lake freeze over in the winter? Does Cicero get a bit more snow than Syracuse, like Clay?
