Renting townhouse at Raddison or other area in syracuse
This is a great site with lots of information and wonderful pictures. There is a possibility I will be relocating to Syracuse area and I would like to rent a townhouse. I saw the pictures for Raddison and would like to know of a website that perhaps shows the insides of the apartments/townhomes and the same for any other nice town home rental sites. And and all help is appreciated.

Try this:
http://www.apartmentfinder.com/resul...&CSearchType=1
Not all those apartments are in Radisson. You'll need to look at the map at the top of the page....

Thank you that was very helpful. The rent fees in Syracuse are very reasonable for nice apartments/townhomes. Thanks again.

What house is this?
This is an old thread, but I'd like to know what this photo is a picture of:
Also I posted an old house where I used to live and wonder if anyone knows who lives there now. It's at this address: http://www.drix.net/jdowling/remuddled.html
Also does anyone remember the old elementary school that was actually in the village of Lysander? I know it's gone now, but do you have any photos? What was its official name?

Wish I could help, but I do not know the answers to any of your questions... (even though I took the above picture myself)

LYSANDER -- The tax dispute between Lysander and Anheuser-Busch means more than the loss of two million dollars in annual tax revenue. Some in the community fear it may even lead to the shutdown of the town's biggest employer. We've now obtained documents that explain why Anheuser-Busch feels this plant is worth just a fraction of its taxable value.
New look at tax battle in Lysander (video) : News : WSTM NBC3
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My take, lower the assessment incrementally over a five year period. Meanwhile Lysander leaders should spend the next few years on an all-out campaign to lure retail and commercial development to the town. Currently, Lysander lacks a commercial tax base. All the malls, restaurants and commercial development are in Clay or Van Buren. The Town of Lysander needs to set aside a few acres and zone it for commercial/retail.
And if residents complain... and they most certainly will.....then Lysander town leaders ought to ask the residents the following question: Would they rather have higher taxes or more commercial development?
Cicero was pro-active in the past few years and now has a decent commercial tax base as a result. Lysander should follow suit.
