has the financial crisis impacted the two projects? If I recall, your photos of Timber Banks was taken in August of 2008 prior to the September meltdown. I also beg to differ with Boomvang and his assertion that the Timbe Banks looks like a Florida development, contrary. If Florida had more developments like Timber Banks, we (Florida) would be better off. I checked out the web-site and particularly like the live-work component (I would have to see what type of businesses are going to be included. I sincerely hope that more development (like this) takes place in the Syracsue area.
Considering this is the Syracuse area, I guess I should expect construction delays.
