Best broadband + TV provider? (Syracuse, Manlius: house, neighborhood, live in)

I just bought a house in Manlius, NY and need to get home broadband as well as cable TV and phone. It looks like Time Warner Cable and Comcast service the area, and also possibly Verizon with FiOS. If you live in Manlius and have one of these services I'd like to know about your experience. Which should I go with?

It's also possible that one of these services isn't available. Oddly, two of the companies' web sites say my house doesn't exist but they can find it when I call. It's not in the village. It's just southwest of the village in the Pompey Pines neighborhood. (It's in Manlius, not Pompey, despite the neighborhood name).

I don't believe Comcast actually services any part of the Syracuse area.

It doesn't and I think it is pretty much Time Warner or Verizon FIOS. There may be some smaller private companies that may work, but I'm not sure about that.
