Here is a photo of Pratts Falls. I drive down Rt. 91 often and will try to capture some winter scenes for you in the near future.

Pano of the countryside, near RT 20. Sorry for the bad quality, had to bump it down to get it small enough for the server to accept it.

Oh...THANK YOU!! Isn't it beautiful? See, if you want to tell folks about this place, you HAVE to let them know... I TRULY do LOVE my area... Aaahhh... You can't be near this falls without hearing something which is truly near to hevan, to a higher being, to...what ever you subscribe to...

Pompey almost reminds me of New Hampshire...except New Hampshire had more woods, less farmland and most areas near Manchester, NH were upscale with lots of very pretty modern suburban communities. Pompey is over 90% rural...like most of Upstate NY.  As I said, Pompey has the potential to be a place that attracts newcomers to the Syracuse area. It is very nice, but just lacks the infrastructure... plus we as a community just need regional population growth and new jobs to jump start this development.
