any idea on that area? It is supposedly near some 2 billion dollar mega mall Destiny USA...

The mall expansion that may one day become Destiny USA.... just started construction. It will be years before this project is completed.

Seward St. is located on the near northside. Personally, I would avoid that city neighborhood. Crime and quality of life issues.
