Let me cast another vote for Eva's. Terrific Polish food - the potato pancakes, pierogies, cabbage rolls, and hunter's stew are all excellent dishes. Plus, a very interesting Polish and Ukrainian beer list.
They opened the Cafe last year I think. I haven't been back in town since they opened it, but it was my favorite bike shop and Steve/Sara are great people.
I would also throw in to the ring: Kyoko (Fayetteville), Dark Horse Tavern (Dewitt), Funk N' Waffles (SU Hill), Strong Hearts Cafe (Downtown), and BC Restaurant (Downtown). I'm also partial to Angotti's (East Side).

Sounds delicious! Haddock, Mac and Cheese, and Cornbread are the best comfort foods around.
