A correction....the Country Meadows subdivision...location of the 2008 Parade of Homes.... is actually only a 90 lots/home development. I said earlier that my guess was 250+. In reality it's much smaller than it looked.

I just read in today's paper that the Town of Clay has the 3rd lowest tax burden among all the towns in Onondaga County.

Also, it said that the Town of Clay has the lowest tax burden among the 20 most populated townships in New York State.
