Do you have any pictures of other communities/housing developments in Clay like Bayberry, Kimbrook, Longbranch Road area, Soule Road area, Elmcrest, the Aurora Tract, off of Caughdenoy Road and the hamlet of Clay?

Sorry no photos of the following areas yet:
-Bayberry
-Kimbrook
-Longbranch Road area
-Elmcrest
-Aurora Tract
-hamlet of Clay
Clay is a huge town. It's difficult to capture photos from every area of the town. So I tend to go to the neighborhoods that I find the most interesting and also the most desirable to potential newcomers.

The hamlet of Clay is an eyesore IMO. Looks like a very old railroad stop community which was left to decay. I hope when Route 31 is widened, the buildings and landscaping in that area are spruced up.

Kimbrook is interesting.... in that it is the only place outside Lysander and Van Buren which within the Baldwinsville school district.

The Syracuse area, specifically the town of Clay have to be one of the only places in the country where homes built in the 1970s and 80s are located at the very edge of the urbanized area. Nothing has been built since.

The Pine Gate subdivision has taken over two decades to build homes on all the available lots....and it's not even done yet.
Talk about slow growth!

Did you know that other than Scranton and Youngstown.... the Syracuse metropolitan area has seen the least suburban growth since 1990 of all US metropolitan areas over 500,000.
