I heard on channel 9 news that Bragman is planning an upscale townhouse development across from the Taft Road Wegmans. As usual, the homeowners in the adjacent neighborhood are fighting it. Main reason: drainage issues.

I don't understand why they'd fight it besides drainage... it would raise their own property value.
