Erie Canal and Lake Ontario Campgrounds accessible by boat (New York: parks, island)

I am making a trip by boat (22 footer) from Ithaca, NY, to Trent, Ontario, and eventually traversing the Trent-Severn Waterway.
I am looking for campgrounds accessible by boat along the Erie Canal between Cayuga Lake and Oswego, NY. I am also looking for campgrounds accessible by boat along the eastern part of Lake Ontario between Oswego, NY, and Trent, Ontario.
Any info would be very appreciated.
