I am moving to High acres apts and wondering how much the light bill averages a month for a two bedroom apt. Also if anyone has lived there and what they think of it.

Do you think it is a clean apt with safe and convenient neighborhood? I'm looking for apt.

It is in a fine area and is about 15 minutes from campus.

Awful reviews - and I mean BAD - on High Acres Apartments Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Syracuse apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com

I would still check it out due to the location and that it is in a very good school district.
