I am trying to find an apt/town house/condo that is within 15 minute drive to W seneca tpke and broad road in Stracuse. We are looking for a place/building that is in great condition and has garage parking. We love the hammocks at timber banks in Baldwinsville but that is too far. Does a place like this exist close to 13215 zip code? I would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!!

My guess is you were just hired at Upstate Community Hospital. Congratulations.
There are a few signs in yards over in that area saying they are rentals, but I can't find much online.

Do you have a price point in mind?

I was thinking that or that building at the corner with physician/physical therapy offices.

Like ToeJam stated, look into rental homes close by. It is a nice area and I actually grew up close by. So, if you questions, just ask.

ckthankgod & ToeJam - Thank you. I am looking to rent from a rental property like an apt building rather than from an individual at this time. Budget is flexible as we luckily get housing allowance. What we really want more than anything in the apt is a safe place with garage parking. Any comments on the Regency tower apartments. Thanks!!

It is more of a mixed income apartment building with a mix of folks in/near a more gritty/iffy area of the city. It can work, but it will depend on your comfort level.

You can find what you want closer to work though. What is your rental budget? Once we know that, then we can help you in terms of places that can work for you. Nob Hill is a similar type of apartment complex, but the area it is in is fine and is just across the Valley from where you have to work. Nob Hill Apartments - Amenities

Ckhthankgod - thanks for the link above. We get housing allowance so if we go above the allowance, we don't mind paying for the overage out of pocket. Nob hills dose not have a 3 br apt available at this time. I am going call the other places tomorrow. Thanks!
