Based on the info I found online, looks like lot of students live there and that it could be a noisy place. Has anyone lived there, visited the property, or know someone who live there? Please share any info you may have re: snow removal, noise, if they keep the common areas like laundry rooms and hallways clean. Thanks!

There are quite a few international students there. So, it is more likely to have a different type of college student living there. There are also your regular residents there as well.

I'm not sure about the other questions though.

Have you been able to find other apartments with a garage? While it may be a little bit longer of a drive, you may want to look into Clayton Manor Apartments in Liverpool. They offer garages and they have built new units within the last couple of years.

What about this complex, which is down Seneca Turnpike from Nob Hill apartments and across the Valley from where you would be working: Stonegate Heights

These apts don't have couple of the amenities I am looking for. I found few other places that have garages and trying to narrow down my list. Thanks!

I stick with Nob hill precisely because of the garages. The only downside is that they aren't attached. Also, there are some grad students that live with families so it's not all noisy

I think either Jefferson or Madison apts near the university have attached garages
