Yes. They are ok, but the variety is lacking. they are still way better than Dunkin, Tim Hortons, and the other grocery stores.

So, now I hear that Bella Bakery is no more. Shut the doors. I can't say that as a customer I didn't see it coming. Quality and SERVICE just fell off a cliff. You can't blow off $200 orders too frequently and not start to have a problem. Evidently they dug too large a hole from which to climb. Sad. All that good will just tossed away.

Default Bella bakery

Bella bakery was sold, mismanaged and went under in about 4 months time in late 2013. John retired and moved South. You can still get the Bella product at SWEET INDULGENCE bakery in East Syracuse. (formerly The Freemont bakery) The Bella children are baking there and you can still get the Italian cookies, bread and pastries that Bella was famous for. Try it, you won't be disappointed. It's owned by a mother/daughter who have a passion for baking. www.sweetindulgencedessertcatering.com.

Sweet Indulgence has all of John Bella's recipes as well as their own recipes passed down through 4 generations. They have the exact same "Christmas Crack" recipe, technically Almond Paste Cookies, that you are looking for and they sell them everyday at the Sweet Indulgence Bakery!

ToeJam Ted Bear,
Here's the scoop, I sold the bakery to an employee in Aug of 2013, and moved to Fla.. It didn't work out so well for him, by Jan 2014 he was gone. I moved back here in Oct 2014 and re-opened in June 2015, just down the street in Keens Gas and Convenience store. The new address is 7245 State Fair Blvd. Syracuse 13209, Ph 315-303-4705
