Hancock Air Base housing - Syracuse

Hi, I'm a student journalist doing an investigative report on the old army hosuing at Hancock Air Base off Taft Road. I was wondering if anyone has any historical information about the area and wouldn't mind answering a few questions. I'd really appreciate it, you'd be helping a lot.
