Does anyone has opinions and knowledge about the public transportation near the Rugby Square? Other than SYR80 Centro line, are there any other lines passing close to Rugby Sq.?

Don't waste your time with Vincent apts. Very bad , not on do all the buildings have a high concentration of asbestos
, along with a high crime rate . The staff are not trained properly
To assist it's tenants . And also a Hugh infestation of bed bugs
and cockroaches. The buildings are in desperate need of repair
And the roofs leak really bad in spring. Between the staff and the scumbags that live there
No one cares about the complex very very dirty . The office staff mainly
