Default Downtown Co-Op

They have a MySpace page with more information: 377 Co-op Building | MySpace.com. If anyone else has some information I'd be interested myself.

Realtor.com has a listing for $19,000.
13202 Real Estate Listings and 13202 Homes for Sale - REALTOR.com®

The listing info states that owners must occupy the units. I don't know if this is accurate, as Craiglist had one for rent a short time ago at $550. The rental policy depends on the cooperative. Co-ops are very uncommon in upstate New York.

Here is the updated Downtown Housing list as of March 2009. Some new, albeit small building renovations are underway.

An upcoming Sunday edition of the Post-Standard will showcase this Downtown Syracuse condo in the Real Estate section. Very impressive!
