Nice find and I wonder how many are out there like it: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8928...7i16384!8i8192

To be honest, I feel it could be put to better use in terms of employment and as a mixed use facility, that would benefit the immediate community.
An op-Ed about this: https://www.urbancny.com/crouse-heal...-neighborhood/

There has been pushback illustrated on radio shows on this station this morning as well: https://power620.iheart.com

There were reps for the project on earlier answering questions and concerns. I believe that they will be on later this afternoon on the “Old School Sunday” show as well.

This could be an idea for the building as well: [vimeo]292996468[/vimeo]

So, the Sears Building could be Mr. Nelson’s second location(could even be called ‘Cuse Kitchen) and then you could move Dreissig’s HQ’s to that building, while having manufacturing operations nearby at the former Coyne Textile Building. You could also implement some of the ideas previously mentioned in the thread as well. This way you can invigorate the neighborhood via employment, food and entertainment, as well as housing right on or near the premises.
