Default IHOP in Baldwinsville?
Hi just had a question about anyone knowing about an IHOP (international house of pancakes) coming to Baldwinsville? I heard rumors of one going up on Downer Street some where. Has anyone heard anything? I am asking because I used to work at the one in Camillus but left due to the 20 minute drive (gas prices you know). Would love a response if anyone knows any thing. Thanks!

Not sure of the name, but there is a column in the Post Standard devoted to business comings and goings. Try News, Sports, Entertainment, Video, and Life in Central New York - Syracuse.com and look for the weekly column. I think it appears only on Sundays.

It's called Store Front, it believe it appears Mon, Wed and Sundays, there is also a blog and a on-line newsletter you can sign up for. Bob Niedt is the columnist and although I am not much of a consumer, I find it enlightening.

There was a rumor a couple years ago of an IHOP coming to Route 11 in Cicero, but that never materialized.
