They seem to be alright. It's a more rural district, if that means anything to you. It's not too far from Syracuse though. Here's information on the district:

Also, keep in mind that Brewerton is a community that is in both Oswego and Onondaga County. It's a nice and small community of about 4,000 people with the Seneca River running through it. Oneida Lake is really close by too.
