Bella, Kevin Fear and Billy Fucillo have a pretty strong blue collar accent but the last guy? The beer guy? He sounds pretty accentless to me, except for a deep voice and a nasal issue. LOL

Listening to him again, I would guess that he's from the north side, North Syracuse, or Liverpool. There's a cockiness to his voice that I *typically* hear in men from those areas.

I grew up in Syracuse in a white collar family and didn't think I had an accent. However, as soon as I moved to other parts of the country (Texas, DC, TN) I got told all the time that I had an accent.
It's not a hard or harsh accent so people don't usually notice it until an outsider points it out to them. Your correct in thinking that it is slight and therefore hard to figure out.
When I take those fun accent quizes I find that my accent resembles more of a "Great Lakes Regional" accent rather than a NY accent. The accent is usually only really noticed in certain words that Syracuse natives say. For example, a word that people have pointed out to me that I say different is "Mountain" They say it sounds like I drop the "T". I still believe to this day that I am saying the "T" and they just can't hear it. LOL

Here's one of those fun accent quizzes:
What American accent do you have?
As a Syracuse Native my accent on this quiz is called "The Inland North" accent which is an accent found around the great lakes.

Also, we kind of have a nasal sound in terms of vowels.

I think it is a nose thing... According to that quiz, I have a Midland accent, but I'm not from there...

I have the The Inland North accent according to the quiz. When I first moved to Vegas people always said I have an accent, one guy even thought I might be Irish --as in bastardized Irish english. I thought he was nuts

It said I have a Midland accent. I don't know if it is because my parents are from the South originally or what, but I thought that was interesting.

These quizzes are mostly just for fun because I think they generalize a lot. But I just realized that the above quiz is pretty outdated, here is a more recent version of that same quiz -
Quiz - Which American accent do you have? - YouThink.com
This quiz just says I have a northern accent but does highlight the areas where "northern" accent is found (mostly great lakes areas) and Syracuse was in the highlighted area.
I think the intensity of the accent and how strong it is depends on the exact location with variations.

The new one says I have a Canadian accent, which sort of makes sense... But I haven't lived there since I was five, and I never say eh.
