Default Income Based Aparments in Syracuse
Hey there!

I am looking for income based apartments in Syracuse NY. I am having trouble finding them online, because it doesnt usually say if they are or not. So I thought maybe word of mouth would work better.

Any information would be most helpful.

When you say income based, what do you mean? For instance, there are some complexes that take Section 8 and I think some base the rent on a percentage of their income.
