Default Potential hockey game at Alliance Bank Stadium

Will this really work? I think it a great idea and we need some outside of the box ideas in this area. Imagine 25,000 people for a Crunch game outdoors. That would be great to see. http://www.syracuse.com/today/index....liance_ba.html

Howard Dolgon and the Crunch are at it again . . . and that's very good for us - Bud Poliquin - syracuse.com

Dave Matthews Band will play there this August too.

Dave Matthews Band to play in Syracuse in August

Almost everyone I know in Syracuse loves the Dave Matthews Band, so I know it will do well. Me. I can't stand their music. Much too depressing!

He went to my middle school in Westchester County years ago before moving south for HS. Imagine having to grow up with the whole school idolizing his dreadful music. My friends would say, "I just went to a Dave concert," as if they knew him personally. Though I am no fan, his appearance in Syracuse is definitely a good thing since it will likely bring in additional sales tax revenue and a potential spillover in consumer spending from outside of the immediate metro area.
