Default Door to Door Census
On Mothers day we had census takers going around Madison County NY in the town of North Brookfield 1st. thing in the morning. The guy was rude when I asked why today. Was this some hoax or are they really taking a census.

2010 is a census year and all census workers were hired between fall of '08 and late winter/early spring of 2009. It is not a hoax.

For future reference, you should expect federal census workers to come to your home every 'x9 year- and you are, by federal law, required to answer the mandatory questions (look online to find them.)
