3 bedroom apt. for rent (if I recall correctly) in this Greek Revival home #315-637-6778. Let me know if the number is wrong... it's the only one I'm not 100% sure of. I rarely kept pens in the car and had to recall the numbers by memory. LOL- I keep pens in the center console and write on my hand, lately. :P

This is a great thread! We are moving to the area and I have been searching for a rental home online and looked at a couple in person last week. I am actually working in Auburn and my girlfriend is looking for a job in Syracuse. We are hoping to find a small home in the Camillus area (maybe Elbridge / Marcellus / Memphis or any other surrounding areas as well). I have a boat and two cars and a very well behaved and clean cat. So parking and price are important, hopefull ~600/month. If anyone sees anything or even has advice or suggestions let me know. TIA.

I don't know if you would be able to find a rental home for that much, one of a good quality anyway, in those areas. You might have to come up a bit. Here is a good site to look at in regards to rental homes in the area: MapsKrieg - Apartments & Housing For Rent in Syracuse, NY

I did see a house for rent on the corner of Winkworth Parkway and Bellevue Ave. today, but I'm not sure about how much they are looking for in terms of rent. I didn't get the phone number, but if I go by again, I'll try to post it.

Spotted an apartment for rent sign yesterday on East Genesee Street in Dewitt just one door before the small plaza at corner of Jamesville Road. The Humpleby (sp?) law office is in a very nice looking house there and I *think* this may be an apartment behind it. It's even a workable location for folks without an car (assuming the apartment is in fact at that location) as it's opn a major bus line, the P&C grocery is just on the other side of Jamesville Road and there's a coin-op laundromat across the street.

The sign was up for just one day about a week or two ago and I had never seen it before. I assume the first tenant who committed fell through or didn't pass screening.
