Hey all!
I've posted here a few times and you guys have all been such a great help! I moved to Syracuse end of July. I've been so incredibly busy with work, work-related travels, and visiting family, that I really haven't had time to make some good solid friendships. I've been hanging out with a few people from work, but really want to expand more from that.
I'm an extremely social person and love meeting new people, but I just haven't found the time and haven't gotten my footing yet (moved from Hawaii). I was active in a website called Meetin.org back in Hawaii, but the closest one here is Rochester and they don't have too much going on. I've joined a few Meetup.com groups, but have yet to go to any events since alot of them have been on times/days I can't participate.
Anyone have any suggestions of other websites to check out? Or any organizations, groups, or get-togethers that are good for a newcomer like me? I'm a soon-to-be 25yr old chick if that helps at all
