Hi all,

Wondering what the zoned elementary school is for the following zip code:13088. Also, what are the best elementary schools in Baldwinsville?

On a final note if you had to chose between Baldwinsville, Clay and Liverpool (or any other suburb of Syracuse) which one would you choose? (Better schools, lower crime, decent cost of living). Thank you guys!

13088 is in the Liverpool School District. I believe the elementary schools in that zip code are Chestnut Hill, Donlon Drive, Liverpool, Long Branch and Nate Perry. Here's information on those schools and the L'pool SD: Liverpool Central School District Overview | GreatSchools

Liverpool Central School District

Baldwinsville is a good school district, in general. McNamara Elementary has the best test scores and the kids in the Seneca Knolls area of the district go there. As for what suburb to pick, they are all pretty good in terms of schools and safe, for the overwhelming part. I liked living in Liverpool. Where I lived was close to the Thruway and I-81. Schools are still good and it is one of the more "diverse" suburban districts in the area. It is also the 3rd biggest school district in the area too(Baldwinsville is 4th biggest).

Clay is one of the safest, if not the safest town over 50,000 in the US. Parts of the Liverpool, North Syracuse, Baldwinsville and Phoenix School Districts serve the town. All are pretty good. So, it is a matter of other things you are looking for.

A school district that I think people sleep on is the East Syracuse-Minoa School District. It has a very diverse range of economic standings in the district and some nice, affordable housing. They offer things like Cosmetology and Carpentry at the high school, as well as having a Credit Union in the school too. They have done some upgrades at the HS too. I went to Westhill Schools, which is one of the most reputable school districts in the area too. It's a little more upper middle class than other school districts. It's close to city of Syracuse, but it's safe. Westhill School District

I like the Jamesville-DeWitt area/school district too.

I don't think you have to worry about safety in any of those areas. 13088 is Liverpool, the village or very near it.

All three are safe suburbs.

IMO, Baldwinsville (only the half north of the Seneca River) is the best out of the three.

most upscale ~ Baldwinsville (Lysander, not Van Buren)
most convenient to shopping ~ Clay
most walkable ~ Village of Liverpool (zip code of Liverpool is much larger)
quaint and historic ~ Village of Liverpool
rolling hills ~ Baldwinsville
most expensive ~ Baldwinsville
highest taxes ~ Baldwinsville

BTW, what neighborhood is zoned to attend Soule road ES?...I noticed they're rated the highest on Greatschools.net. Thank you again for your help!
