Default First Snow!

The first real snowfall of the season (none of that slushy, splattery rain from last night) started this morning, around 6:45. I went outside and did a little dance in it. lol

Weather changes pretty quickly here. The weekend's highs will be around 60... 66 on Monday! All of that snow melted within 2 hours and there was nothing at all in the lower elevations.

We had snow up on our hill on the 15th of October, at least as much as last night. It is good to see it again, I have a feeling it will be a white Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents day, Valentines day, April fools day and so on. Bring it on!

I didn't forget at all... I'm just not a big sun/heat person. It's been nice all week and all across the northern states too, for that matter. Not a big deal for me to mention. I *love* the snow and was bummed that it melted so quickly.

This isn't Miami or NoVA- what's the point of trying to make Syracuse, a clear snowbelt city, appear similar to them and their climates? It's not going to happen and would just set others up for disappointment. We have hot days in cold seasons and cold days in hot seasons and also posted examples of both through pictures. I have no agenda going on here... geez.

I also noticed that you mentioned it that day - in a totally irrelevant thread too, so everyone would see it! - so why just repeat you? :P You're too on the ball for me to keep up with, buddy. Obviously far more observant than I.
