The weather in northern Europe is similiar to that of CNY, you do NOT have to live in climates like California to invest in solar panels. The Germans are quite advanced in this technology. It seems that Warner Energy LLC of Liverpool wants to kick it up a notch.

Solar panels in CNY? Clay company wants to install solar farm to show they work | News from The Post-Standard -

If Warner Energy LLC can "refine the process of allowing the solar panels to capture not just sunlight, but light and be effective ("which has always been a challenge in making solar a viable alternative in this climate.”) this could have huge economic implications for CNY.

It would certainly compliment the expanding environmental initiatives taking place in CNY, the CofE, wind farms, Reva Electic Car Co., etc.

The proposal went to the Clay Town Board last night...

This is a great project. I hope it happens.

We need to start seeing the difference between real positive projects such as this one and other projects designed to enslave us in the future.

I'm beginning to see that the movement to save the planet has another, darker agenda.... such as population control.

IMO, the ruling elite want a gradual enslavement, so the unassuming masses do not wake up to what is happening. And this "environmental crisis" is the cornerstone of the new world order.

Most sprawl was the result of inner city poverty. Drugs and crime in the inner city forced millions to seek for a better life outside the city. Guess who created the drug problem? The ruling elite of course. They have been trafficking drugs into the US from third world countries to fund black budget projects that go on in underground bases such as monarch programming for decades.

And now they want us to "fix" sprawl, which "they" created by inner city problems. Just be careful to embrace their solutions.

How does the new world order agenda moves forward? Through the help of the controlled media, TPTB want the public to demand the changes that the ruling elite desire. Just look at 9/11. "They" did it to further enslave us and to go to war in the Middle East...both goals of the new world order.

Remember the "Population Bomb"....predictions of global famine and millions of starving people......they were all wrong. Is global warming "an inconvenient truth" or a convenient lie?

So urbanplanner we must remain vigilant about which environmental initiatives are proposed to benefit the community and which ones are there to further the agenda of the new world order.
