I don't know about the Android tablet you mention, but if your primary use is for reading ebooks, the Amazon Kindle is great: it's small, it's lightweight, it has great battery life, and the e-ink display is very sharp. I considered one, but I ultimately decided on an Apple iPad. When the iPad 2 came out and was sold out everywhere, I bought a discounted first-generation iPad for $299 from Verizon. Although ebooks aren't as sharp as on the Kindle, they still look good, and some of them have color illustrations, which the monochrome Kindle can't show. But it's the hundreds of other things an iPad can do that a Kindle can't that, for me, make it the clear winner if you can afford only one device. (I have no intention of getting into the Apple-vs.-Android debate.)

LOL No Debates...Apple is Way out of my price range! I have a Kindle wifi & a Literati. But I cant use Kindle ebooks on the literati nor get library books on the kindle LOL And carrying 2 around is bulky. Also like to get books from BAM and other stores! I Think a Tablet would be a great All in One! Not 100% sure as I dont have a clue about them!

If you don't care about sound or video quality, you will be OK with a Craig or Colby product
