My ideal tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 but it's a bit out of my budget.. so I'm looking to get some input on other large screen Tablets that meet the following criteria.

Critically Important Features:

Screen size must be between around 9.7'' to 10.1''
Must have Android 4.0+
Must run Evernote, Teamviewer, and Kindle (some of those cheap foreign tablets can't.)
Must have an average battery life of 6hr or more.
Must not have issues with Wifi.
Must weigh under 2 pounds.
Must retail for less than $500
At least 16GB of memory included.

Bonus points, but not required:

Battery Life over 10hr
Cost under $300
Stylus included
Quad core
3D support
Weight under 1.5 pounds.
Easily root-able

Not important (not gonna use anyways):

3G/4G support (will use Wifi instead.)
Bluetooth
GPS
Quality camera

I'm wondering if the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 would be a good choice or there are other tablets where I get the biggest bang for the buck, considering my needs above.

Check your local Costco or Sams Club, as they're where Samsung is selling off their T2 10.1 inventory. Locally it's still $279, so Good Luck!

Best at $300-$400 is the Asus TF300T or the Galaxy Tab2.

Best for under $300, or at least one of the best is the Archos Carbon 97.
