What is the best 9"+ tablet for under $200?

I bought a "Dragon Fire" 9" tablet from here: Amazon.com: 9'' Google Android 4.0 8GB MID Capacitive Touch Screen G-sensor A13 Tablet MID948B - Dragon Touch (TM) [By TabletExpress] (9'' 8GB): Computers & Accessories , and it seems a bit on the excessively-cheap side. I'm buying it mainly for my mother who needs it only for general web browsing, to go on Pinterest, to find ideas for candlemaking, etc.

Anybody?

You can think about Ainol Android tablets.

You need to up your budget if you want a good 10 incher, period. Kindle Fire HD is $299. Well worth the extra $100.

You could also get a 9 inch Nook for the price of this never-before-heard-of Ainol brand.
$269

OK, so I am returning the above-linked tablet, largely because of its poor battery life and display, as well as its general sluggishness (although that's really not too bad).

Some benchmarks I performed on it (as I doubt they're elsewhere) (under unscientific conditions):

Linpack Single-Thread: 14.955 MFLOPS
Linpack Multi-Thread: 14.229 MFLOPS
Quadrant CPU: 1350
Quadrant memory: 3268
Quadrant I/O: 3283
Quadrant 2D: 1000
Quadrant 3D: 1464
Quadrant composite: 2073 (between HTC Desire HD and LG Optimus 2X)
Antutu Overall: 3678 (0.5/5 stars)
Antutu CPU: 853
Antutu GPU: 1763
Antutu RAM: 598
Antutu I/O: 464
