Don't steal movies from pirate sites. They're copyrighted. There are no legal sites that you can use to "download" movies.

You can rip movies that you own on DVD into files that will work for your tablet, using Handbrake.

Another option would be to stream movies with an account from Hulu Plus, Netflix or Amazon Prime.

I thought you could download movies with itunes, watch it, and then it automatically deletes after watching. Oh, you mean Android. I have no idea how it's done on those tablets.

Just go to Google Play and search for the keyword 'torrent'.
BitTorrent and uTorrent are the most commonly used in the PC world, so I'd trust them to have a good record of features and reliability. As to cost, you'd have to go and see as I've never used them.

Just from 30 seconds of Googling "Public Domain Movies" & "out of copyright movies":

OpenFlix :: Public Domain Movies
Watch and Download Free Movies
Likewise eBooks and audio files. Torrent is becoming one of the most preferred ways to distribute LEGAL digital files, as this method, (by definition) eases the load on the source's servers.
