I liked my cheap tablet just fine, too. Until I tried, and eventually purchased, a better one. No more waiting 15 seconds for an application to launch, or the better part of a minute for the app to do something complex. There are tasks the cheap one can do acceptably, like stream radio stations, but far more things that it was unacceptably slow with.

Agreed. I'm glad you like your cheapie. Really. For the majority of people I do not recommend them.
You DO get what you pay for. How good of a screen do you think that company can put in a $79 tablet? and let me guess... it has 4GB of RAM?
