Hello,
I have noticed on several apps (facebook, amazon etc) it freezes, or takes a long time to load. Is there something I can do to prevent this, or if this is just "the way it is"? I have only had this for a few days.

Thank you!

I am afraid that just may be the way it is if you just got it and it does this.
This one?
Amazon.com : Astro Queo A712 (NEW) 7" Dual Core Android 4.4 Kitkat Tablet, Google Certified, Google Play Pre-installed (4GB Memory, Wifi, 7 Inch Multi Touch 5 Point Screen) : Computers & Accessories

4GB of storage? 512MB of RAM?
Can you take it back?
This is why you don't buy $50 tablets...

Oh. Sorry. Didn't mean to spoil what it cost. lol

It's really a low end off brand tablet. Like really low. I'm not even sure you could download one movie on that thing.
512MB isn't a lot of space to enable running larger apps like Facebook. So they may be a little slow for you.
Reboot the tablet often as this will free up any clogged RAM.
It could be a good learning tablet. Use it for awhile and if you really like it, maybe upgrade to something else down the road.

Lol its ok. I knew it was cheap. Obviously I saw the price when I looked up more info for it. I have used it mostly as a reading device via Amazon's kindle app. I guess I can delete all other Apps besides this one. It struggles to open the Amazon app at times, but I'll clear it all out.

Thank you!
