I've had both and the Samsung made me want to kick puppies. I'll gladly pay a bit extra for an iPad.

That's a cute puppy, even if grumpy. I can see it thinking, "go ahead and try to kick me. Make my day, pal"

My main issue with Apple products is that there is no "right clicker" option and I always have to search for those type of functions on them.

Also are all the same major apps available with similar quality on both Samsung (android) and Apple tablets?

I'd say 90%. There are a few exclusives to iPad. But no major ones.

Pretty much. You may have some apps that are just for Androids or just for iOS, but for the most part, you have the same apps for both.

I'm getting quite a chuckle.

In the last month or so I've has friends, sales people, and people around me in stores all struggle with getting their iPad to do what they want.

Maybe they should learn how to use their iPads? But in general, if they can use an iPhone, they should have no trouble with an iPad. In reality, there should not be any reasons not to know any tablet out there that one owes. The apps are somewhat similar in function.

But the best "learning for dummies" is to hand the iPad to their kids, and let them do the training

The main issue for me going from android products to Apple ones is the lack of the right click function as one has to figure out how to do things that it covers.
