Tallahassee, has that real university campus feel. FTL Nova from what I recall is more of a commuter school, it could have changed, but I don't think it has. There are many things to do, the clubs near the capital and the clubs on Tennessee will be enough. There is always someone having a party at their place, so don't worry about parting there is plenty. If you can't find a party, then you most live under a rock... Then there is the reservation with the lake which is pretty cool. If they want to go to the beach its an hour and a half away...If you want that traditional university experience I would pick FSU over Nova any day.

What he said. I had an extremely good time at FSU in the 1980's, when it was really a party school (it has gone downhill since then in that aspect, or uphill, depending on how you look at it).

And the women....oh my God. Tallahassee/FSU is notorious for featuring droves of attractive young ladies. I've lived here for 20 years and can tell you it is true.
