Hello everyone
Iam preparing for relocation to the great state of FLA!! A long time dream come true. I've worked hard and will soon be earning a promotion that will take me from -10-20 degree weather that IN sees during the winter months to the mildness of Tampa. I am engaged to be married in August on next year and I have a 16 year old, high school daughter. I will be working off Dale Mabry in Tampa near Carrolwood, Citrus Park area. I am looking to rent a 2 br townhouse in a easily accessible area and willing to commute no more than 15-20 miles from home.
I have read many posts here where people give straight forward, honest answers and thought I might put my ideas out to see what comes back. Please give me whatever honest observations you have made (no matter how insignificant you think they may be) about this area. Particularly schools, drive times, great places/area to rent from...As my title states, whats old to you is truly brand new to me. Thanks for your much needed help!!
