Default Moving to what part of Tampa Bay?

Hi kjd...

That can be a tough question to answer without being more specific about what part of the Tampa Bay Area you are heading for. Are you moving for a job, so you need to be someplace specific, or are you looking for the best place, and then you will find the job?

Searching through the forum here will give you lots of information on good neighborhoods to raise kids in the area. As mentioned earlier, you may want to select your neighborhood based on where you are going to work or at least what type of lifestyle you want to live.

Do you want to be by the theme parks?
Do you want to be closer to beaches?
More interested in Theaters, Art and Museums?
Do you need to be close to the airport?
Do you want a 'master planned' neighborhood or something older with more character?
More metro or more rural?
What type of home are you wanting (BD, BA, SF, Single, Apartment, Townhome, etc)? What type of rent are you looking at?

Its all in the details.
